To ensure a safe stay and respect for the local community, acceptance of this reservation constitutes agreement to comply with the following mandatory house rules. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund.
• Mandatory Identification:guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or equivalent) prior to check-in in accordance with legal registration requirements. Access is not permitted for individuals who are not registered on the reservation.
• Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of EUR 150 is required prior to key collection. The deposit will be fully refunded following a satisfactory inspection confirming that the property has been left in the same condition as upon arrival.
• Parties and Events: Parties, events, and gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy of the reservation are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours and Noise: Guests are required to respect neighboring residents attimes. Excessive noise, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not permitted between 22:00 and 08:00.
• Care of the Property: Guests are responsible for using the property, furnishings, appliances, and equipment responsibly. Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or inappropriate conduct will be charged to the reservation holder.
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
• Right to Terminate Stay: The property reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately and require guests to vacate the premises, with assistance from local authorities if necessary, in cases of antisocial behavior, vandalism, physical disputes, or serious complaints from neighbors or the local community.
• Lost or Unreturned Keys: Loss of keys, keys left inside the property requiring assistance, or failure to return the keys at check-out will result in an automatic charge of EUR 100, which may be deducted from the security deposit.
