PARTIES: Parties are not permitted.
SMOKING: Smoking in the rooms is not permitted. Smoking is permitted on the terrace and on the balcony. Ashtray needs to be used.
WIFI: Under no circumstances is the use of illegal sharing platforms and illegal websites permitted.
BATHROOMS: Please air the bathrooms after each showering by opening the windows.
LOUDNESS: Music, TV and other sources of the sound should be used in the acceptable loudness to respect the community.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE: Only the booked number of people (including children) are allowed to sleep in the house. 
Guests are allowed to visit, as long as it is not a party and they don’t sleep in the house.
PETS: Dogs are allowed only after consultation. The fees for the dogs will apply.
AIR CONDITIONING: Please turn off the air-conditioning when leaving the bedrooms andor the house. Please keep the doors closed when using the air-conditioning.
TOILET: Please only throw toilet paper down the toilet, nothing else. Failure to follow the rules may incur extra charges.
Guests are obliged to comply with the community rules.
SWIMMING POOL: Swimming is permitted between 10 A.M. and 10 P.M. Swimmers must shower before entering the pool. Sunbeds may not be reserved while away from the pool area. It is not permitted to use balls, inflatable beds or boats or any other object that might cause inconvenience to other users in the pool or adjacent communal areas. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. It is not permitted to swim using street clothes or footwear. It is not permitted to eat or drink from glass containers in the pool area.
RUBBISH: It is not permitted to leave rubbish bags outside house doors. Please bring the rubbish to the containers outside of the community on the right opposite side of the entrance gate.
LOUNDRY & OTHER: It is not permitted to shake rugs outside the buildings, or to hang clothes in visible places such as terraces and on the façades
